Units 1 to 7 are face to face sessions. Unit
8 is interwoven as external study and experience in
both facilitating own clients and supporting others . This can
be commenced at any time however, including after the completion
of all other units.
In Units 1 to 3, the training first deals with
skills required to use RBM techniques for self-clearing own
physical, mental, emotional or psycho-spiritual blocks to wellness
and intentional living and support others. The completion of
the general interest, pre-professional RBM self-clearing training
allows the participant to apply breathwork mastery for self
use and leads to transferring these skills to the qualifications
of a RBM practitioner.
In the pre-professional training, the support role is also
to support/assist a practitioner or trainer with their clients/participants,
under supervision, as well as support others who have completed,
or are participating in the self-clearing training.
Another application of skills is to support others from any
area of life who are already in highly activated or irrational
states of mind or emotion as indicated by their breathing:
that is any person who is not aware or intentional in being
activated by a breath technique, yet is undergoing a spontaneous
clearing or regression.
After unit 3, the participants apply these skills for personal
use as well as being facilitated with breath sessions as they
progress in synergising theory and experience towards working
with others as a RBM practitioner.
While participants are still in training, they provide support
to others during breath sessions or groups that is :
minimum intervention
listening orientated
agenda-free
Because the training is so experiential, with integrated and
simple assessment, participants can start
at any unit. In time
the theory melts into experience. Every part of the training
does enable the participant to apply breath clearing in their
life and units 1 to 3 contain the training distinctions that
are specific.
Practitioner
training deals with
working effectively within a Breathwork Mastery (RBM) framework,
according to RBM principles and experience based concepts. It provides the ethical and
contextual framework for establishing a professional practice
to industry standards, within codes of practice determined
by the industry and in accordance with all relevant legislative
requirements for personal and professional conduct.
Participants are trained in competencies required to use specific
RBM clearing and process skills to provide support to clients/participants
in all stages and states of process of personal/spiritual development.
Units 4 to 8 deal with skills
required to work with others professionally using RBM techniques to
address blocks to wellness and intentional living on all
levels, as facilitator of breath
sessions, according to RBM principles and practices.
The training extends to leading and facilitating Rebirthing/Breathwork
Mastery (RBM) group dynamics and individuals within a group
dynamic, to expand the self-awareness of individuals within
a group.
Time frame for the practitioner
training?
Most participants complete the face to face and most of the practical unit within
eighteen months, although it is possible to complete much sooner. The course
is experiential and unusual because the participant becomes a practitioner from
participating in tendem with experiencing the theory aspects first hand.
For overseas or interstate participants,
there are some units that are scheduled closely together in
December and January each year as retreat intensives, so participants
can take 2 x two or three week visits to attend, and then
return just once more, or bring a trainer to your area so you
can establish yourself as a known practitioner-to-be of breathwork
mastery as you complete your course requirements.
The course needs to be completed within four years from the
start to be delivered under the terms and conditions stated
in your enrolment. The advantage of accredited material is,
however that any unit you have completed can be credited against
the courses in the future, subject to the current terms and
conditions and industry and government requirements.
