Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sponsorship is necessary
to provide qualifications in recognised vocational training.
High Motivation Training Academy or any RTO can provide this
sponsorship by negotiation.
Advanced Diploma of Rebirthing/Breathwork
Mastery Trainer
Unit 1 -
personal/spiritual development and comprehensive practitioner/trainer
professional support and
development leading to delivery of practitioner and trainer
training and presentation of accredited material, under certain
conditions.
Gives support to trained professional in their day to
day to day practice and leads to becoming a presenter of
nationally and internationally accredited trainings from the
depth of their professional experience.
Unit 2 - presentation
and delivery and training others in presentation and delivery. This unit delivers the skills
required to become a Trainer of RBM practitioners. These are
trainers who train
others to become professional practitioners
and trainers using RBM techniques.
Those who undertake this unit are Diploma
holders - previous
practitioners who have been facilitating a private practice
and then graduated as trainers delivering
pre-professional self-clearing breath training to others.
Their next step
is to train to deliver RBM practitioner (Certificate IV)
and trainer (Diploma) training.
The mentoring, presentation, delivery and facilitation training
skills, when completed, enable the participant to offer services
as a trainer of RBM professional practitioners and trainers.
Unit 3 -
This unit covers skills used in mentoring, coaching and providing
case supervision to train
and support other RBM practitioners/trainers, or other Rebirthing/Breathwork
practitioners and trainers, and other professionals, in skill
enhancement and professional development. This unit describes
the skills required to provide professional, personal and spiritual
development mentoring and support to practising professionals.
The skills required to manage the effective work practices of
self and others within a RBM framework are covered in this unit.
Unit 4 - This unit supports applied practical research in
literature and through clinical profiles for currency in best
practice within the Rebirthing/Breathwork Mastery (RBM) profession.
The practitioner undertaking the Unit will generally use client
case histories from their own practice to illustrate the hypothesis
of their studies.
Core units are also needed cover implementing and monitoring
safety issues of managing and supervising centres or training
facilities, including multi-disciplinary teams within a health
care and training industry framework. More information upon request

this is totally self paced, according to your practise schedule.
If you are seeing four to five clients a week, and delivering
regular training, you can complete within a few years.
However, because this training is also mastering the personal
integration and delivery of personal/spiritual development, trainers
generally will be in process to integrate the fulfillment
of their personal and professional intentions and set new ones
as each continues through the training for trainer's trainer.
The time frame here is unpredictable.
There is high support for each participant to honour the process
for self and therefore provide that for others.
